What comes included with my trailer rental?

Everything you need to haul safely! We believe in providing a complete, ready-to-work solution. Depending on the trailer, your rental includes heavy-duty 12k winches (with batteries), top-of-the-line Vulcan straps, E-track systems, adjustable wheel chocks, and even the right hitch if you need it. It is all included upfront so you can get hitched up and hit the road with confidence.

Do I need a special driver's license to rent from you?

For almost our entire fleet, your standard, valid everyday driver's license is all you need. The only exception is our heavy-duty 18ft Summit Equipment Gravity Tilt (14k GVWR). Because of its weight class, we strictly require a Class A commercial license for that specific unit.

How do reservations and security deposits work?

To lock in your trailer for your specific dates, we require a $50 non-refundable reservation hold. We also require a $150 security deposit at the time of your rental. This deposit is fully refundable when you return the trailer, assuming there are no damages or issues.

What are your operating hours for picking up and dropping off?

To make sure we give you our full attention and get you set up right the first time, all pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only. Just let us know what time works best for your schedule when you book!

What do I need to bring with me to pick up the trailer?

Accepted Answer

You just need to bring yourself, your tow vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance for the vehicle you are towing with. We will help you get hitched up, walk you through the gear, and get you on the road.

I am hauling a lowered sports car. Which trailer won't scrape my bumper?

You are going to want our 20ft Eagle Gravity Tilt Deck. It features 4-inch drop axles and a super smooth, low-angle incline specifically designed for exotics, low-clearance cars, and track toys. Pair that with the included 12k winch, and you can pull your car up safely without even turning the key.

My off-road rig has an extra-wide wheelbase. Will it fit?

Absolutely. For wide-track vehicles, lifted trucks, and rock crawlers, our 20ft DOF (Drive-Over Fender) trailer is the way to go. It is a crawler-style deck built specifically to handle wider footprints, and it comes fully equipped with heavy-duty Vulcan straps and rear support jacks.

Do you have anything for moving furniture or keeping cargo out of the weather?

You bet. Our 6x10 Enclosed Wells Cargo trailer is completely weather-proof and secure. It features a rear ramp door and an E-track system, and we even throw in a professional hand cart and straps to make moving boxes, sensitive cargo, or business inventory a piece of cake.
